Elaze is a text recognition and translation application that allows you to effortlessly detect and translate text from various sources such as books, magazines, websites, and signs. With support for an impressive 63 languages, including non-Latin languages like Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Greek, and Hebrew, this app ensures that language is never a barrier.

Utilizing state-of-the-art neural machine translation (MT) technology, Elaze delivers optimal translation results. Whether you're online or offline, the app allows you to capture and scan texts using your device's camera. Adjusting the focus rectangle is simple: just click on the corners and resize it to your desired size.

As you scan, individual words and lines of text are automatically recognized and displayed with a yellow background, making it easy to identify and capture the desired content. To translate the detected text into your desired language, simply press the scan button. Need to change the translation language? Just click on the language icon.

Once translated, the text can be shared with others or saved for future reference. Sharing is a breeze: click on the share icon located below the translated text to open a dialog with various apps for selection. If you prefer to save the text on your iPhone, simply click on the heart icon to permanently store it.

It's important to note that the free version of Elaze includes a predetermined amount of "Translation Characters" that indicate the number of characters you can translate. For example, the sentence "Hello World." would require at least 12 Translation Characters. Should you exhaust your daily quota of free Translation Characters, you can purchase a Translation Character Package (Basic, Premium, or Business) for uninterrupted translation.

To ensure accurate text recognition, aligning the text properly to the camera and adjusting the camera light as necessary is recommended. Non-Latin text recognition may take a few seconds in the standard setting. If you know the source language, please select it from the dialogue window that automatically appears.
